General Tours

The Task: Create Our Ultimate Online Vacation Marketing Engine Across Four Websites
Along with one of our design partners, Hatchling Interactive, General Tours wanted an internet presence where they could showcase and manage every aspect of their vacation products for their own website as well as for their four partners, down to every vacation city, hotel, price and promotional offer.

The Solution: A State-of-the-Art internet application that offers GT full control over their vacation product, search capabilities, hundreds of hotels and cruise ships, dozens of world geographic regions, hundreds of tour add-ons and customizations, dozens of rotating promotions based upon date ranges, and many thousands of departures and prices.

Student Loan Solutions

The Task: Create a CRM Solution for Customers, Employees, Affiliates and Managers
Student Loan Solutions, LLC (SLS) contracts Mighty Innovation to create a web-based application to facilitate and manage everyday operations for SLS salespeople, customer service staff, managers and company executives. The same application is used by potential customers via SLS's public-facing website, where they funnel into a queue of leads that are assigned to sales staff by SLS executives. Customer Service representatives facilitate a 12-stage fulfillment process that integrates automatic E-mailing and faxing to loan lenders, with each step recorded for future reference by staff and executives.

The Solution: A comprehensive CRM application that sets SLS above the competition in terms of employee efficiency, customer convenience, executive-level supervision and increased partner value.

Representatives from Hatchling Studios who created an interactive online experience for their client who was launching a countrywide Nextel/NASCAR PR campaign came to MI to provide back-end components to manage stops on their tour, and statistics of every fan at various NASCAR races who participated in their racing simulator.
